We offer families who live in substandard or poverty housing the opportunities to work towards solving their own housing problems by working together.
We provide them with personal and community skills by strengthening the existing bonds between families and groups from the local community.
The solutions we offer include loans and technical support. These may be for complete houses (with or without land), incremental improvements, assisted rents or the recovery of urban buildings. In every case families are an essential part in the construction of their housing solution, working alongside other families and volunteers.
Whenever a loan is involved, it is always long term and interest free. The monthly repayments go into a Rotating Fund which in turn helps other families.
By providing the opportunity to put faith in action, we channel the time and resources of volunteers and donors, involving as many sectors of our society as possible. In this way we aim to be a part of the solution to the serious problem of poverty housing in Argentina.
