Easier access to land and lower prices, achieved through donations or discounts on land value given by governments or companies.

Greater government commitment to the issue through the design and implementation of public policies and legislations which defend and ensure the right to adequate housing.

Improvement of National Economic and Financial situations (inflation, cost of materials, etc.).

Further association with other organizations so as to join efforts and increase cooperation in order to have a stronger impact on the eradication of poverty housing.
