Habitat for Humanity Argentina offers families living in unacceptable conditions long-term interest-free loans as a means by which they can secure a simple, healthy and affordable home.
The loans are repayed through affordable a monthly installments. |

Local leadership and resources are mobilized in order to enable widespread access to simple, adequate housing.
Homeowners invest hundreds of hours of their own labour (sweat equity) helping to build their house and the houses of others, together with volunteers.
Their monthly payments go into a Local Rotating Fund, which allows the construction or renovation of more homes.
Families are chosen according to their need, their willingness to become partners in our programme and their ability to repay the loan, without discrimination. |
