In Habitat for Humanity Argentina we understand that a house is much more that the walls, floor and roof.
Through our service we aim to help families build housing solutions capable of providing safety and stability, a sense of family and community, a place where children can play and grow in a healthy and safe environment, and a sense of personal achievement.
Our projects materialize around two work elements: Human Development and Community Development. Through them we seek to contribute toward the development of the families and the communities where HPHA is present.
Within this framework all the areas of the organization contribute to this approach, in the assurance that what is visible (the housing solution) is equally important as that which is not (conceptions,
ideas, self-esteem, visions, assumptions, among others) and that, based on this integral conception, we are contributing to the transformation and sustainability of each family´s experience.
