| Assisted Rentals aims at being a bridge between the supply of properties and the huge demand from families who live under unacceptable conditions in hotels, guest houses and tenement houses being unable to improve their situation, and for those who face the obstacle of not having a formal security to access a rent. |
 | | This methodology is not aimed at "transitory" population, but at families who seek to settle within the society.
An assisted rent consists in creating a link between homeowners and future tenants.
For this, HPHA assumes its capacity as manager and guarantor of the contract and controls its execution.
Being this not the final solution, HPHA seeks to amend the exclusion of families marginalized by their origin or current habitat, and to act as a confidence-builder agent, through a lease agreement and the control of its compliance.

Therefore, we seek individuals or entities who have properties in disuse or who would like to offer them for rental through this Project.
